Shimvorndhak provides landscape design services. As services are customized and work begins upon agreement, our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties.
If you need to cancel your landscape design project before any work has begun, you may do so within 48 hours of signing the service agreement for a full refund of any deposits paid.
Once design work has commenced, cancellation policies apply as follows:
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Design packages include a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees. Revision policies are detailed in individual service agreements.
Upon cancellation, you will receive all completed design work, plans, and materials created up to the point of cancellation, regardless of refund eligibility.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events, cancellation and refund policies may be adjusted accordingly.
If you have concerns about our services or wish to dispute charges, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. All disputes will be handled in accordance with the terms outlined in your service agreement.

This Return Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify clients of any material changes. The policy in effect at the time of your service agreement will govern your transaction.
